1. Policy Purpose
This Refund Policy defines the rules for cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment settlement for Avronux services.
Because our services are professional and milestone-based, refunds are handled according to work completed, resources allocated, and commitments already made.
2. Service Model
Avronux provides custom digital services such as business analytics, dashboards, automation workflows, landing pages, and system setup.
Most work is strategic and tailored to your business context; therefore, refunds are not identical to product-return models.
3. Advance Payments
Advance payments reserve project capacity, kickoff planning, and initial discovery effort.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, advances are non-refundable once discovery, requirement analysis, architecture, or planning work has started.
4. Milestone Billing And Refund Eligibility
Payments are tied to milestone completion and corresponding work output.
Refund requests are evaluated milestone-by-milestone based on documented progress and delivery status.
- Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
- Partially completed milestones may be eligible for a proportional adjustment at Avronux discretion
- Future unstarted milestones may be canceled and may qualify for refund if not yet initiated
5. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If the client cancels before project kickoff and before internal allocation begins, Avronux may issue a partial refund after deducting payment gateway and administrative costs.
If cancellation occurs after project start, refund eligibility is reduced based on completed effort, committed resources, and work in progress.
6. Delays Caused By Missing Client Inputs
Where delays occur due to missing access, data, approvals, or repeated review postponement from client side, project schedules may shift without refund liability.
Extended inactivity may lead to project closure under the original commercial terms.
7. Change Requests And Rework
Requests beyond approved scope are billed as change requests and are not grounds for refund of baseline project fees.
Reasonable rework within approved scope is handled per proposal terms and review windows.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable once incurred or delivered:
- Discovery workshops, consultation time, and requirement analysis
- Custom strategy documents, wireframes, data models, and implementation blueprints
- Third-party subscription fees, domain, hosting, plugin, API, or licensing costs
- Completed automation flows, dashboards, or code deliverables
9. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of proven non-delivery due solely to Avronux and with no client-side blockers, we may provide credit, partial refund, or alternate remedy.
All such decisions are case-specific and require written confirmation from both parties.
10. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, send an email to hello@avronux.com with project name, invoice details, payment date, and reason for request.
We may ask for additional details to validate scope status and payment history before issuing a decision.
- Acknowledgement target: within 3 business days
- Review and decision target: within 7 to 10 business days
- Approved refund processing window: 7 to 14 business days based on payment rails
11. Payment Reversals And Chargebacks
Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback without prior written discussion may result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery action.
Where chargeback investigations are initiated, Avronux will provide work logs, communications, and delivery evidence to relevant payment authorities.
12. Taxes And Processing Fees
Refunds, where approved, are processed net of applicable taxes, bank charges, payment gateway fees, and non-recoverable third-party costs unless legally required otherwise.
The exact payable amount will be communicated in the formal refund confirmation.
13. Policy Updates
We may revise this Refund Policy to reflect operational, legal, or commercial changes.
